Game help

Play a local versus fight in King of Fighters 2. Choose 1P VS 2P, select your fighters and use separate movement and attack keys.

How to start King of Fighters 2

Mode: Local two-player fighting

Use a computer with a keyboard. Click inside the game window before using the keys.

Choose Play in the loader and wait for the game intro to finish.
Click the title screen's start button, select English if needed, then choose 1P VS 2P.
Select fighters using the movement keys and confirm with J for Player 1 and 1 for Player 2.

Player or action	Input
Player 1 movement	W / A / S / D.
Player 1 attacks	U / I / O / J / K / L.
Player 2 movement	Arrow keys.
Player 2 attacks	1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6; check the game key map for number-pad assignments.

Follow the running game if its on-screen controls differ. Reload game restarts the session.
